摘　　要：创新是一个民族发展的灵魂。在这个"大众创业、万众创新"的时代,意识形态领域的创新也不例外。作为高校思想政治教育工作者,应紧跟时代步伐,理清工作思路,结合工作实际,不断创新思想政治工作理念、工作方法和工作内容,开拓实践路径,加强队伍建设,进一步提高思想政治教育工作的质量。Innovation is the soul of a national development. In this era of ＂ public entrepreneurship and innovation＂ there is no exception to the innovation in the ideological field. As the college ideological and political workers, we should keep pace with the times, clear the working thought, connect with the working practice, constantly innovate the concept, methods and contents of ideological and political work, develop practice path, strengthen the construction of team, so as to improve the quality of ideological and political education.
