摘　　要：本文基于宁夏贺兰县"图书馆+电商创业"培训的案例,结合其创新举措以及取得的成效,以期为基层图书馆服务农村经济,推动农村经济发展,实现从文化惠民到文化富民的转变提供借鉴。This article, based on the case of Ningxia Helan county library providing Library＋Entrepreneurship training, analyzes the innovative measures and achievements of Helan country library, which could be the reference for grassroots rural libraries to promote the development of rural economy while serving electric business.
