摘  要:为了更好地利用各种铁矿粉,使用微型烧结法研究了4种进口铁矿粉的烧结基础性能,包括同化性、液相流动性和黏结相强度。研究结果表明:1号铁矿粉和2号铁精粉的同化性较强,3号铁矿粉和4号铁精粉的同化性较弱;1号铁矿粉和2号铁精粉不流动,4号铁精粉的液相流动性指数偏低,3号铁矿粉的液相流动性指数较好;4种进口铁矿粉的黏结相自身强度均较好。In order to make better use of all kinds of iron ore powder, sintering basic characteristics of four types of imported iron ore powder were studied by micro sintering method. Assimilation, fluidity of liquid phase and bond strength of the iron ore powder were studied. The results displayed that the assimilation of the 1# and 2# fine powder is strong. The assimilation of 3# powder and 4# fine powder is weak. 1# powder and 2# fine powder do not flow. The fluidity index of liquid phase of 4# fine powder is low. The fluidity index of liquid phase of 3# powder is better. The bond strength of the four kinds of imported iron ore powder is good.
