摘  要:为生产吨钢利润高的NM450及以上耐磨钢品种,需要中厚板厂常化炉具有150~250℃的低温回火功能。文章分析了适用于武钢中厚板厂1号常化炉这一类型的明火式热处理炉的3种低温回火改造方案,优选了常规/大空燃比燃烧组合脉冲控制这一改造方案,并应用于该炉的实际改造。改造后的黑匣子测温功能考核试验表明:改造取得了成功,使得1号常化炉不仅保持了原有的250℃以上中、高温回火功能,而且具备了150~250℃的低温回火能力,能够满足高级别耐磨钢的低温回火工艺要求。In order to produce NM450 or above - grade wear - resisting steel, the low - temperature tempering ability for the normalizing furnace in plate rolling mill must be necessary. In the paper, three kinds of retrofit schemes suitable to the No. l normalizing furnace of WISCO ( Wuhan Iron and Steel Corp) 's plate rolling mill is discussed and analyzed. The scheme of normal/large air - fuel ratio combustion was selected and put into use the actual retrofit process of the NO. 1 normalizing furnace. The temperature tests with "black box" in furnace after retrofit showed that the No. 1 normalizing furnace not only kept previous moderate and high temperature tempering ability above 250℃ , but also had the new low - temperature tempering ability from 150℃ to 250℃ , and would be capable of satisfying the technological requirements of producing high - level wear - resisting steel.
