摘　　要：在地方政府间合作概念、内容、特征和本质分析的基础上，本文分别对地方政府间合作的类型和影响因素文献做了详尽的梳理。首先，从目标和事实两个维度梳理了地方政府间合作的类型，区分了合作的提出者和实施者。此外，从合作权威和合作目的不同将地方政府间合作具体划分四种类型；其次，从合作动力来源不同梳理了地方政府间合作的影响因素，认为地方政府间合作不仅受来自外部公共问题因素的影响，也受来自内部社会资源、社会资本和利益收益因素的影响，并分析了不同因素的作用；最后，对已有研究进行总结和展望。本研究有利于区分不同合作类型和明晰不同影响因素．对指导和促进中国地方政府间合作发展具有重要意义。Based on analysis of the concept, content, characteristics, and essence of cooperation among local governments, this article presents a detailed analysis of the literature on the types and the influence of factors in cooperation. First, the article reviews the types of cooperation from the perspective of objective reality, distinguishing between the advocates and the executors of cooperation. Furthermore, . the types of cooperation can divided into four categories based on the differing authorities and intentions. Second, the article reviews the different motivating factors behind cooperation, arguing that cooperation among local governments is not only driven by public problems, but it is also driven by social resources, social capital, and social interests. The article argues that different factors have different effects on the cooperation among local governments. Lastly, the article summarizes the existing research and provides a direction for future studies. The article provides a new perspective to analyze cooperation among local governments and contributes to distinguishing among various types of cooperation and clarifying the different factors that have important significance in guiding and promoting the development of cooperation among local governments in China.
