类风湿性关节炎患者血清中自身抗体AC Ⅱ、ACCP检测的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨类风湿性关节炎患者血清中自身抗体AC Ⅱ、ACCP检测的价值。方法收集2014年2月至2016年3月于我院风湿科住院的类风湿关节炎患者106例作为类风湿关节炎组,同期选择在我院进行体检的健康者106例作为对照组,两组都进行AC Ⅱ、ACCP、RF的检测与阳性率判断和相关性分析。结果类风湿性关节炎组的血清ACCP、AC Ⅱ、RF水平分别为15.93±1.44 U/mL、30.22±7.14 U/mL和28.93±4.29 IU/mL,都明显高于对照组的2.78±0.99、5.11±2.84、10.93±5.33(P<0.05)。类风湿性关节炎组血清ACCP、AC Ⅱ、RF阳性率分别为71.7%、61.3%和70.0%,都明显高于对照组的0.0%、0.0%和5.7%(P<0.05)。在类风湿性关节炎组中,Pearson相关性检验显示ACCP、AC Ⅱ与RF都呈明显正相关性(P<0.05)。结论类风湿性关节炎患者血清中自身抗体AC Ⅱ、ACCP都呈现高表达状况,且与患者的风湿因子表达呈现正相关性,有很好的临床诊断与鉴别价值。Objective To investigate the value of autoantibodies AC II and ACCP in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods From February 2014 to March 2016, 106 rheumatoid arthritis cases treated in our hospital department of rheumatism were selected as the rheumatoid arthritis group, and 106 cases of healthy subjects in the same period for medical examination were selected as control group.Two groups were given the ACⅡ, ACCP, RF detection, positive rate judgment and correlation analysis.Results The serum ACⅡ, ACCP, RF in the rheumatoid arthritis group were 15.93±1.44 U/mL, 30.22±7.14 U/mL and 28.93±4.2 IU/mL that significantly higher than those in the control group with 2.78±0.99 U/mL, 5.11±2.84 U/mL and 10.93±5.33 IU/mL （P〈0.05）.The positive rates of serum ACCP, AC II and RF in rheumatoid arthritis group were 71.7%, 61.3% and 70.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group with 0.0%、0.0% and 5.7% （P〈0.05）.In the rheumatoid arthritis group, pearson correlation test showed that ACCP, AC II were significantly positive correlation to the RF （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The serum autoantibodies AC II and ACCP in rheumatoid arthritis patients show high expression status, and positive correlation with the expression of rheumatoid factor in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
