口服妈富隆联合生化汤对子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜电切术后月经情况及疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探究口服妈富隆联合生化汤对子宫内膜息肉患者宫腔镜电切术后月经情况及疗效的影响。方法选取该院在2015年12月-2016年6月期间收治的、符合纳入标准的子宫内膜息肉患者100例,根据是否口服妈富隆联合生化汤,分为观察组47例和对照组53例,对照组口服妈富隆治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合生化汤治疗。随访1年后,对比两组术后不规则流血、月经量增多以及经期延长等临床症状;对比两组术后疗效,并记录子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果 (1)临床症状:随访1年后,两组在不规则流血、月经量增多、经期延长等临床症状差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.433、2.358、5.234,均P>0.05)。(2)疗效情况:观察组的治疗有效率达89.36%(42/47),远高于对照组的60.38%(32/53),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.877,P<0.05)。(3)复发情况:观察组的复发率为2.13%(1/47),低于对照组的16.98%(9/53),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.568,P<0.05)。结论妈富隆联合生化汤可提高子宫内膜息肉切除者术后疗效,减少息肉复发。Objective To explore the effect of Marvelon combined with Shenghua Decoction on menstruation and curative effect in endometrim polyps patients after hysteroscopic polypectomy. Methods One hundred endometrial polyps patients meeting the inclusion criteria were selected from the hospital from December 2015 to June 2016, then they were divided into observation group （47 patients） and control group （53 patients） according to therapeutic method. The patients in control group were treated by oral administration of Marvelon, and the patients in observation group were treated by oral administration of Marvelon combined with Shenghua Decoction. After one year of follow-up, the clinical symptoms （irregular bleeding, menorrhagia, and menostaxis） and the curative effects in the two groups were compared, the recurrence rates of endometrial polyps in the two groups were recorded. Results After one year of follow-up, there was no statistically significant difference in clinical symptoms （irregular bleeding, menorrhagia, and menostaxis） between the two groups （X^2 = 3. 433, 2. 358, 5. 234, all P〉0. 05）. The effective rate of treatment in observation group was 89. 36% （42/47）, which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group （60. 38% , 32/53 ） 0（2 = 10. 877, P〈0. 05 ）. The recurrence rate in observation group was 2. 13% （ 1/47 ）, which was statistically significantly lower than that in control group （ 16. 98%, 9/53 ） 0（2 =4. 568, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Marvelon combined with Shenghua Decoction can improve the curative effect of endometrial polyps patients after hysteroscopic polypectomy and reduce the recurrence.
