摘　　要：目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)对女性卵子质量及其体外受精(IVF)妊娠结局的影响。方法收集124对准备行IVF助孕夫妇的女方卵泡液及血液标本。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定月经周期第3天血清与取卵日卵泡液中Hcy的水平;分析卵泡液、血清Hcy水平与卵子及胚胎参数、及其IVF助孕妊娠结局的关系。结果按照IVF助孕结局将女性患者分为受孕组和未受孕组,其中两组间卵泡液Hcy水平存在显著差异(P<0.05),其他参数间未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。卵泡液Hcy水平与卵泡直径显著相关(r=-0.318 P<0.05),与其他参数无相关性;血清Hcy水平与卵子及胚胎参数无相关性(P>0.05)。结论同型半胱氨酸对女性生育力可能存在一定的影响。卵泡液同型半胱氨酸水平与卵泡直径存在关联性。Objective To explore the effect of homocysteine （Hcy） on oocyte quality and pregnancy outcomes of in vitro fertilization （IVF） . Methods Maternal follicular fluid and blood samples of 124 couples planning for IVF were collected. ELISA was used to detect the levels of Hey in serum on the third day of menstrual cycle and follicular fluid on the day of the retrieval. The levels of serum Hcy in follicular fluid and serum, parameters of ooeytes and embryos and the relationships with pregnancy outcomes of IVF were analyzed. Results The female patients were divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group according to pregnancy outcomes of IVF. There was statistically significant difference in Hcy level in ibllicular fluid between the two groups （ P〈0. 05 ）, there was no statistically significant difference in the other parameters between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Hey level in follicular fluid was significantly correlated with follicular diameter （r=-0. 318, P〈0. 05 ） , which was not correlated with other parameters. There was no correlation between Hey level in serum and parameters of ooeytes and embryos （ P〉0. 05 ） . Conclusion Hey may have a certain impact on female fertility. There is a significant correlation between the concentration of Hcy in follicular fluid and follicular diameter.
