摘　　要：随着"一带一路"倡议逐步实施,我国高铁"走出去"前景广阔,但同时也面临着多重挑战。通过对高铁"走出去"面临的知识产权及技术标准壁垒2方面风险进行重点分析,探讨技术专利同技术标准相结合设置双重贸易壁垒产生的背景及其作用方式,从建立海外知识产权预警机制、完善知识产权海外布局、推进专利技术标准化、推动高铁技术标准国际化等方面提出相应的对策和建议。With the implement of the ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiative, China high-speed railway enjoys broad prospects for go-global while it is also faced with multiple challenges. The paper will discuss the background and function methods of double trade barriers combined technical patent with technical standard by analyzing the intellectual property risks and standard barriers for China high-speed railway go-global. Relevant strategies and suggestions will be put forward in terms of establishing early warning mechanism for overseas intellectual property, completing the overseas layout of intellectual property, promoting standardization of patent technology and boosting internationalization of high-speed railway technical standard.
