摘　　要：介绍近年来德国铁路公司铁路运输业务经营不善、客货运输服务质量逐年恶化的发展现状;分析铁路运输业务陷入困境的主要原因;阐述德国铁路公司为应对发展困境提出的"未来铁路"运输发展战略:客运方面完善客运产品体系、提升客运服务水平以及保持票价的竞争力,货运方面优化货运生产机制、提升货运服务水平、提高工作效率及加强营销。The paper gives an overview on the status quo of the German Railway which suffer fronl ill management of railway transport service and the decline in passenger and freight transport quality. The paper then looks into the reason behind the difficulties and proposes the development strategies for the transport service of the Future Railway. For passenger transport, the paper suggests the improvement of the passenger product system, the elevation of passenger service and the preservation of pricing competitiveness. For freight transport, the solutions include the optimization of freight mechanism, better freight services and working efficiency, as well as the focus on marketing.
