摘 要:目的研究讨论支气管肺炎患儿应用超声电导物理经皮给药技术治疗临床效果及症状改善情况。方法参与实验的支气管肺炎患儿共60例,按照双盲法将其分成治疗组和参照组,每组患儿均30例。实验参照组患儿应用常规方法治疗,研究组在其基础上加行超声电导物理经皮给药技术治疗。结果治疗组患儿临床治疗总有效率更高、各项典型病症指标消失时间更短(P<0.05),临床效果更显著。结论支气管肺炎患儿在临床治疗中应用超声电导物理经皮给药技术临床效果更显著,用药后能够在最短时间内缓解患儿典型病症,临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To study the discussion bronchopneumonia ultrasound conductivity physical transdermal tech nology for the treatment of the clinical effect and improvement of symptoms. Methods To participate in the study of bronchiai pneumonia in 60 cases, in accordance with the double blind method divided into the treatment group and control group, each group of patients were 30 cases. The control group children were treated with routine treatment, the study group was on the basis of ultrasound conductivity physical transdermal technology treatment. Results The treatment group in the total efiqciency is higher, the typical symptom index ( P 〈 0. 05 ), the shorter the disappearance time of clinical effect is more significant. Conclusions Children with bronchial pneumonia by percutaneous ultrasound conductivity physics for the clinical effect of medicine technology is more significant in clinical treatment, after treatment can re- lieve symptoms in children with typical in the shortest time, has important significance in clinical treatment.
