摘  要:采用电解法进行制药废水性能改进,通过对某制药工厂的生化二级废水进行电解方法进行实验表明,当槽电压为6.5V、极板间距为1.5cm、初始pH值为5.2、NaCl质量浓度为4.0g/L、电解时间25min的实验条件时,能够实现COD去除率和色度去除率也达到最大值,分别达到50%和80%。可生化性性能分析表明,利用电解法处理制药废水可以显著提高其生化性能,实现了少量电解质、低电耗,在短时间内去除COD,提高了其生物降解能力。The performance improvement of the pharmaceutical wastewater is carried out by the electrolytic method.The experiment of the biochemical grade-two wastewater from a pharmaceutical plant treated by the electrolytic method shows that when the cell voltage is 6.5V,the plate spacing is 1.5cm,the initial pH value is 5.2,the NaCl concentration is 4.0g/L,and the electrolytic time is 25 min,the maximum values of the COD removal rate and the chroma removal rate can be realized,reaching 50% and 80% respectively.The biochemical performance analysis shows that using the electrolytic method to treat the pharmaceutical wastewater can significantly improve its biochemical performance.It is realized that COD is removed with small amount of electrolyte and low power consumption in a short period of time,and its biodegradability is improved.
