摘　　要：突出的实践能力是应用型人才的重要素质。通过阐述实践能力"三层次"提升体系,以提高学生应用实践能力为目标,提出了"理实一体化"教学、优化校内教学资源、引导学生自主学习、强化校企合作、开展科技创新活动等方面具体方案。The outstanding practical ability is the important quality of the application-oriented talents.Through expounding upon the＂Three levels＂promotion system for the practical ability,and in order to improve the students＇ practical ability,a specific scheme is put forward from the following aspects：carrying out the＂Theory-practice integration＂teaching,optimizing the teaching resources,guiding the students＇ autonomous learning,strengthening the cooperation between the university and the enterprises,organizing scientific and technological innovation activities,etc.
