摘  要:为完善本科生物化学实验教学、提高本科生综合创新实践能力,通过对实验材料的改进、综合性实验项目的编排、设置设计性和开放性实验以及考核方式的改进等,对生物技术专业生物化学实验进行教学改革的探索。通过观察4届学生的教学效果可以表明:学生能够系统地掌握蛋白质的提取、分离纯化、电泳、鉴定技术,开展设计性开放实验,学生的操作、实验设计、分析解决问题、资料处理以及论文撰写等能力均有很大程度的提高,达到了令人满意的教学效果。In order to improve the undergraduate experimental teaching of biochemistry and enhance the students' comprehensive innovative and practical ability,the exploration is carried out on the teaching reform on the biochemistry experiment of the Biotechnology major through the improvement of the experimental materials,the arrangement of the comprehensive experimental projects,the establishment of the designing and opening experiments,the improvement of the examination methods,etc.Through the observation of the four years' teaching effect,the results show that the students can systematically master the protein extraction,the separation and purification,the electrophoresis and the identification technique,and carry out the open designing experiments well.The student's operation,experimental design,analysis,problem solving,data processing and thesis writing abilities are greatly improved,and the satisfactory teaching effect is achieved.
