关于中国高校知识产权发展及相关管理工作现状的研究

摘　　要：知识产权作为科技成果的直接表现形式和反应一个国家科技水平的重要标志已成为各国政府推动现代国民经济发展的重要工具。而高校作为知识产生与汇集的重要场所已成为知识产权产生、流通和价值转化链条上的重要组成部分。通过对中国高校知识产权管理人员的问卷调查和对相关文献数据的研究,对中国高校近年知识产权发展及相关保护工作现状进行了分析,并对高校知识产权发展、管理与保护工作提出了建议。As a direct indicator of research achievements and an important symbol of a nation＇s scientific and technological level,intellectual property rights（IPs）serve as an important tool for governments to promote the development of modern national economy.As an important place for knowledge production and collection,colleges and universities have become an important part of the chain of generation,circulation and value transformation of intellectual property rights.Through the literature study and the survey of intellectual property administrators at Chinese universities,the current situation on the development and protection of the intellectual property rights in Chinese universities is analyzed and some suggestions for the development,management and protection of university intellectual property rights are put forward.
