摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的全面快速发展和城镇化建设进程的不断加速,社会经济结构多元化趋势更加明显,多产权建筑在许多城市应运而生,本文指出了多产权消防建筑存在的安全隐患,并深入分析产生问题的原因,就如何进一步加强和改进多产权建筑的消防安全管理提出了可行性的意见和建议。With the rapid development of our society and the acceleration of urbanization process, the diversification of social economic structure is more obvious, many property buildings emerged in many cities, this paper points out the potential safety problems of multi property buildings, and in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems, and put forward some feasible advice and recommendations on how to strengthen and improve the fire safety management of multi property buildings.
