摘 要:针对某煤化工企业甲醇车间低温甲醇洗工艺管线的振动问题,首先利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对管道进行模态分析,通过比较分析结果和现场振动数据确定管道振动的主要原因;然后利用SAP2000软件对设置阻尼器前后管道的振动位移进行计算,探讨阻尼器对管道的减振效果;最后根据模态分析和振动位移分析并结合现场情况拟定最终减振方案,在不停机的情况下安装粘滞性管道阻尼器,有效降低了该管线的振幅,保证了相关设备的安全运行。In order to reduce the vibration of the rectisol process pipeline in the methanol workshop of a coal chemi- cal enterprise in Baotou, this paper uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the pipeline mode, and determines the main causes of pipeline vibration by comparing the analysis results with the field vibration data. Then the damping effect of the damper on the pipeline is studied by applying SAP2000 software to calculate the vi- bration displacement of the pipe before and after the damper is set up. Finally, according to the modal analysis and vibration displacement analysis, combined with the situation in the field, this paper proposes a vibration mitigation plan. Without the equipment being shut down, the vibration of the pipeline can be significantly reduced by instal- ling various pipeline dampers, thus ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
