《荆楚岁时记》饮食类语汇探析

摘　　要：《荆楚岁时记》饮食类语汇按照食物功能分为三类,分别是与食物名称有关的语词、与饮食器具有关的语词、与饮食行为有关的语词。其中,与食物名称有关的语词又分为养生保健食物、祈福避祸食物、祭祀食物、节日食物;与饮食行为有关的语词分为与食物制作过程有关的语词和与进食动作有关的语词。在《荆楚岁时记》中,饮食类语词中单音词占多数,具有传承性的特点。这些饮食类语词体现了魏晋南北朝时期荆楚地区趋利避害心理与养生相结合的饮食风俗、宗教信仰多元化的情况和当时动乱环境下较为和谐的社会风貌。According to the food function,the words of diet in Jing Chu Sui Shi Jiis divided into three categories, They are words related to food names,words related to a diet appliances,words related to eating behavior,the name of the food related words and is divided into health care food, food for good wishes, Sacrificial food,andfood eaten during the festival; Words related to eating behavioris divided into words re- lated to the food making process and the words is about eating action, the majority of the words about diet in Jing Chu Sui Shi Ji is monosyllabic words and with continuity. These dietary words reflect a diet custom combine the good wishes and health care,the diversity of religious belief and the harmonious social situation in the troubled times.
