摘　　要："建设一流师资队伍"是"双一流"建设的五大建设任务之一。文章在深入研究西北地区高校教师资源现状的基础上,对西北地区高校师资队伍建设过程中的内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁进行了SWOT分析。基于上述分析,文章在政府层面、高校层面和教师层面对西北地区高校师资队伍建设的具体路径进行了探究。＂Building world-class faculty＂ is one of the five major construction tasks of ＂double world-class＂ plan. On the basis of studying the present situation of the teachers resources in the northwest colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the internal advantages and disadvantages, the external opportunities and the threats in the construction of the teaching staff in the colleges and universities of northwest China. Based on the above analysis, this paper explores the specific path of the construction of the teaching staff in the northwest universities at the government level, the university level and the teacher level.
