摘　　要：城市轨道交通缓解地面交通拥堵、方便公众出行、带动区域经济发展的功能十分突出。但是,维护城市轨道交通安全面临的风险隐患也多、安全保卫压力大,这对城市轨道交通警务工作提出了更高要求。当前,城市轨道交通公安机关普遍存在专业警力不足、警务理念与工作体制机制有待进一步创新改造等方面的问题,论坛汇集了各方的工作经验和智慧成果,提出了大量的建设性意见。在我国公安高等教育体系中,城市轨道交通警务人才培养刚刚起步,搭建警务交流平台促进公安院校人才培养,将城市轨道交通公安机关实战需求与公安院校人才培养有机结合,对于城市轨道交通安保工作具有十分重要的意义。Urban rail transit has outstanding functions of mitigating ground traffic congestion, facilitating public travel and promoting regional economic development. However, the security of urban rail transit is facing lots of risks and hidden troubles, consequently bearing large pressure. It brings more requirements to urban rail transit policing. Now, urban rail transit police departments have some problems, including that they lack professional police force, their policing concepts need to be upgraded and their working mechanism needs to be innovated. This conference gathered the working experiences and achievements from all kinds of departments and put forwards many constructive suggestions. In China＇s police higher education system, the specialty of urban rail transit security has just started out. It is greatly significant and meaningful to build a policing communication platform which helps develop the police talent cultivation, and to combine the real needs of urban rail transit police with the talent cultivation of police colleges.
