摘　　要：为了避免贺斯格乌拉露天煤矿开采过程中煤层降深过大引起的生产剥采比阶段性大幅增加,生产接续失衡以及疏干降水困难等情况出现,在对开采条件深入分析的基础上,综合考虑各制约因素,提出了U型开采程序的概念,阐明了U型开采程序的具体内容。In order to avoid the sudden increase of production stripping ratio, the imbalance of production connection and the difficulty of drought caused by deepening the coal seam during the mining process, on the basis of the deep analysis of the mining conditions, the author considers the various restriction factors, puts forward the concept of U-type mining program, and clarifies the specific content of the U-type mining program.
