摘　　要：着眼新形势下陆军的发展建设,从系统"目标、结构和要素"3个方面,阐述了陆军装备维修保障体系转型建设的任务要求、目标定位、结构重塑、要素优化和运行过程等相关问题,为陆军装备维修保障体系转型建设提供参考。With the development and construction of army forces under the new situation, based on those three constituent parts ＂objectives, structure, elements＂ of system, this thesis mainly explained issues relating task requirement, target positioning, structural remodeling, element optimization and operational process in the system transformation construction of the equipment maintenance support, aiming to provide suggestions for transformation construction of army forces equipment maintenance support systems.
