摘 要:延性雷电防护金属网是防护飞机复合材料雷电直接效应的重要方法,本文采用了数值仿真方法对雷电防护金属铝网和金属铜网在雷电流作用下的损伤进行了分析。并在实验室用模拟的联动的雷电流分量A、B、C*对金属铝网和金属铜网进行雷电损伤试验研究。结果表明,数值仿真与试验结果具有较好的一致性,95 gm2的金属铝网和200 gm2金属铜网能对复合材料提供很好的防护。同时,本文通过对雷电损伤机理分析,总结金属网试验损伤比仿真分析偏大的主要原因是雷电流分量B、C*除了电阻热效应外,还有等离子体热效应。Lightning protection expanded metal mesh is an important protection method for lightning direct effect of composite material of aircraft, In this paper, the numerical simulation method is used to analyze the damage of the lightning protection aluminum metal mesh and the copper metal mesh under the lightning current. The complex simulated lighting current of combined component A, B, C * is used to perform experimental research on the lighting damage of aluminum metal mesh and the copper metal mesh. The results show that the numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, the aluminum metal mesh of 95 g/m2 and copper metal mesh of 200 g/m2 can provide a perfect protection on the composite. At the same time, it is concluded that the primary reason of the damage of the metal mesh lighting test is bigger than that of the simulation analysis is the plasma thermal effect of current component B, C * in addition to their thermal effect of resistance through the analysis of the lightning damage mechanism.
