摘  要:采用差示扫描量热(DSC)和红外光谱(FTIR)检测升温过程中聚烯烃弹性体(POE)的熔融相变,并用图像分析法将晶相变化导致的红外谱图变化定量化,得到反映相变进程的S型曲线。S型曲线的变化始末温度即为熔融相变的始末温度;中点温度(T_(50%))为相变完成一半时温度,可作为POE相变的特征温度(T_m)。DSC和图像分析法从相变热效应和结构变化两方面提供了熔融相变的温度和进程信息。Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and in situ fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were utilized to characterize the melting transition of polyolefin elastomer (POE), and image analysis algorithm was employed to evaluate quantitatively the spectral changes in the heating process. By image analysis of the series spec tra, a characteristic S-shape curve was obtained. The starting and ending points of the S-shape curve indicate the starting and ending temperature of the melting process of POE, while the middle temperature (T56%) of the phase transition derived from the S-shape curve can be regarded as the characteristic temperature of the melting process. Results of DSC and image analysis of FTIR spectra provide information of both the heat effect and structural changes of the melting transition.
