摘 要:采用丙烯基单体、小分子胺、环氧氯丙烷、丙烯酸、氢氧化钾为主要原料,合成一种两性离子型泥页岩抑制剂LCFA-H。通过实验确定了最佳反应条件为:最佳单体比例为n(LH-1)∶n(LHFY)∶n(LAFA)∶n(LH-2)=1∶1∶0.8∶0.8;最佳反应温度为40℃;最佳反应时间为22h;反应物的最佳加料顺序为LH-1/LH-2/LHFY/LAFA;引发剂的最佳加量为m(引发剂)∶m(单体)=0.40%。通过国内外产品的性能对比可知LCFA-H的抗温性强于国内同类产品,略差于国外产品;抑制性强于国内同类产品,与国外产品相当,LCFA-H对现场钻井液体系性能影响较小。An amphoteric ion mud shale inhibitor LCFA-H, was synthesized with propylene monomer, small molecule amine, epichlorohydin, acrylic acid and potassium hydroxide as main raw materials. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by experiment. The results show that optimal monomer ratio was n (LH-1) : n(LHFY) : n(LAFA) : n(LH-2)=1 : 1 : 0.8 : 0.8; the optimal reaction temperature is 40℃; the optimal reac- tion time is 22h; the best kind of adding order of reactants is LH-1/LH-2/LHFY/LAFA; the best dosage of initia- tor was rn(initiator) : re(monomer)=0. 400./00. By comparing the performance of LCFA-H products at home and abroad obtained results were as follow: the heat resistance property of LCFA-H was stronger than the domestic sim- ilar products, slightly worse than foreign products; the inhibition was stronger than the domestic similar products, and was a match for foreign products, LCFA-H had little influence on the performance of drilling fluid system.
