慢性病患者合并人芽囊原虫感染的情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解慢性病患者的人芽囊原虫感染情况和临床特点,为采取防治措施提供依据。方法对2016年1月-10月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的913例慢性病患者进行人芽囊原虫的病原学检查,并分析感染情况。结果受检者中人芽囊原虫感染167例(18.29%)。单因素分析提示,性别、年龄、教育程度均与人芽囊原虫感染无关(P>0.05)。多因素分析显示,人芽囊原虫感染与近1年饲养宠物、个人卫生习惯、营养状况和免疫功能密切相关(P<0.05)。结论慢性病患者中存在一定程度人芽囊原虫感染,应将近1年饲养宠物、个人卫生习惯差、营养状况差和免疫功能差的慢性病患者列为重点防治对象,同时将人芽囊原虫的病原学检查作为其常规检测项目。Objective Understanding the situation and clinical characteristics of Blastocystis hominis infection in patients with chronic diseases,so as to provide reference for prevention and control measures. Methods Blastocystis hominis etiological examinations were conducted in 913 patients with chronic diseases treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January to October in 2016,and the infection situation was analyzed. Results There were 167 cases with Blastocystis hominis infection among the subjects,accounting for 18. 29%. Univariate analysis showed that gender,age,education level were not related to human infection with Blastocystis hominis infection（ P〉0. 05）. Multivariate analysis showed that keeping pets for nearly 1 year,health habit,nutrition status and immunologic function were associated with Blastocystis hominis infection（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with chronic diseases have Blastocystis hominis infection to a certain degree. Chronic diseases such as keeping pets for nearly 1 year,poor personal hygiene habits,poor nutritional status and poor immune function were listed as the main targets of prevention and treatment. Meanwhile,the etiological examination of Blastocystis hominis should be the routine detection index for chronic disease patients.
