摘　　要：目的摸清三门峡市2010年-2016年HIV抗体确证阳性人群的年龄、性别分布,感染、发现途径,为防控艾滋病提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对该人群的年龄、性别、感染及发现途径统计分析。结果确证阳性人数:逐年增加,20岁~49岁人数最多,10岁~19岁及70岁~90岁人数最少。2010年-2016年40岁~69岁人群年内构成比呈上升趋势,而10岁~19岁的呈下降趋势。各年男、女差异无统计学意义(χ~2=9.755,P>0.05);7年内主要感染途径为异性性行为和男男性行为,并随年份增加而增加;发现途径前3位为VCT、住院检测、门诊检测。结论控制性传播、特别是MSM传播、改变40岁~69岁人群艾滋病知识宣传方式;尽早地发现感染者,是今后该市艾滋病防治工作的重点。Objective In order to provide scientific basis to control and prevent AIDS epidemic in Sanmenxia by exploring the age distribution,gender distribution,infection and finding ways in human beings with confirmed HIV antibody positive in Sanmenxia form 2010 to 2016. Methods Descriptive epidemic method was used for the statistical analysis of age distribution,gender distribution,infection and finding ways in this population. Results The numbers of confirmed positiveness increased year by year,with the largest number multitude in 20-49 years old,while the least multitude in 10-19 years old and 70-90 years old. The year constituent ratio of 40-69 years old rose,but that of 10-19 years old dropped during 2010-2016. There was no statistical significance on the difference between male and female（ χ^2= 9. 755,P〉 0. 05）; the main infection route was heterosexual transmission and MSM,and increased with year. The top three finding ways were VCT,hospital patient detection and outpatient detection. Conclusion To control sexual transmission,especially controlling MSM transmission and changing the way of AIDS knowledge publicity in 40-69 years are the focus; and finding the infected person as soon as possible is the focus of the city＇s prevention work in the future.
