摘 要:以石蜡(PA)为相变材料,膨胀珍珠岩(EP)为载质,利用直接吸附法制备出PA/EP复合相变材料。通过红外光谱、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪对复合相变材料的微观结构、相变温度、相变潜热和热稳定性进行表征。结果表明:PA能较好的吸附在EP孔隙内,当复合相变材料中PA质量分数为66.6%时,其吸附量已达到饱和值,起始相变温度为57.1℃,相变潜热为133J/g,热稳定性最优。PA与EP之间的结合未发生化学反应,PA的热性能没有改变。复合相变材料在调控大体积混凝土及磷酸镁水泥水化热领域有着很大的应用潜力。Paraffin as phase change material was impregnated into the pores of expanded perlite to prepare paraffin/expanded perlite composite phase change material.The Microstructure,phase transition temperature,latent heat as well as heat stability of material were investigated by FT-IR,SEM and DSC.The results showed that paraffin can be absorbed into the pores of expanded perlite well.When the mass fraction of paraffin in material reached 66.6%,the initial phase change temperature was 57.1℃ and the latent heat was 133J/g,the heat stability of material was the optimist.There was no chemical interaction between the expanded perlite and paraffin,the characteristics of phase change storage of paraffin didn't change.The composite phase change materials showed great potential in the regulation of hydration heat in mass concrete and magnesium phosphate cement.
