摘 要:采用极限氧指数(LOI)测试、垂直燃烧UL-94测试、热重分析(TG)和锥形量热仪(CCT)测试研究了膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)/白度化包裹红磷(WMRP)对ABS复合材料的阻燃性能和热稳定性的影响。其中IFR是由硅包裹APP(SiMCAPP)和可膨胀石墨(EG)以质量比为1∶3的比例组成的。结果表明,固定IFR和WMRP总质量分数为15%时,当WMRP的添加量为3%(wt,质量分数,下同)时,阻燃ABS复合材料LOI值最大为30.2%,UL-94测试达到V-0级,阻燃材料在700℃的残炭率为23.7%。锥形量热仪实验表明,相对于纯ABS添加3%WMRP的复合材料其最大热释放速率降低至201.8KW/m^2,总的热释放速率降低至60.7MJ/m^2,总烟释放量降低了47.9%。研究结果显示WMRP与膨胀阻燃剂之间存在阻燃协效作用,加入适量的WMRP可以提高膨胀阻燃剂阻燃效果。The flame retardant and thermal property of ABS composite were investigated by limiting oxygen,UL-94 test,cone calorimeter test and thermogravimetric analysis.The intumescent flame retardant(IFR)system was consisted by expandable graphite(EG)and silicon gel package APP(Si-MCAPP).The results showed that when the mass fraction of IFR and WMRP(whitening microencapsulized red phosphorus)was controlled to 15wt%,with the addition of 3wt%WMRP,the flame retardance of ABS composite was best.LOI value was 30.2% and UL-94 vertical burning reached V-0grate.Meanwhile,the carbon yield was 23.7% at 700℃.The cone calorimetry test showed that the peak heat release rate reduced to 201.8KW/m2 and the total heat release rate reduced to 60.7MJ/m2.In addition,the total smoke release quantity was reduced by 47.9% compared with the pure ABS.All the results showed that there was a synergistic effect between WMRP and intumescent flame retardant which can improve the flame retardant efficiency of retardant.
