摘 要:为使氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)的阻尼温域向高温移动并具有一定的力学性能,填充炭黑(N330)和溴化对叔辛基苯酚甲醛树脂(HY-2055),制得CIIR阻尼材料。实验结果表明,材料的力学性能和阻尼性能与炭黑的品种和用量有明显的关系。填充酚醛树脂有效实现了阻尼温域向高温移动。当N330为40份(质量分数),HY-2055为50份(质量分数)时,制得的阻尼材料的拉伸强度为11.6MPa,扯断伸长率703%,直角撕裂强度25.4kN/m,300%定伸应力3.82MPa,压缩永久变形30%,损耗因子(tanδ)最大值0.875,损耗因子为0.4的阻尼温域为-27.9~37.4℃。Rubber damping materials were prepared by filling carbon black and brominated p-tert-octyl phenol formaldehyde resin in order to moving damping temperature range of CIIR to higher temperature and providing with good mechanical property.Experiment showed that the mechanical and damping properties of materials were obviously related to the variety and dosage of carbon black.And filling of phenolic resin moved damping temperature range to higher temperature effectively.When the mass fraction of carbon black N330 and HY-2055 were 40and 50,the tensile strength of damping materials was 11.6MPa,elongation at break was 703%,rectangular tear strength was 25.4kN/m,300% of set pressure was3.82 MPa,the compression permanent deformation was 30%,the maximum of tanδwas 0.875,the damping temperature range was-27.9~37.4℃ when tanδwas 0.4.
