摘 要:以锌粒、浓硝酸和氢氧化钠为原料,聚乙二醇400为表面活性剂,采用水热法制备纳米ZnO粉体。利用X射线衍射和扫描电镜对产物的结构和微观形貌进行表征。将合成材料制备成旁热式气敏元件,采用静态配气法对乙醇、丙酮、甲醇、二甲苯、甲苯和氨水等进行气敏性能测试。结果显示:ZnO纳米粉体对乙醇、丙酮和甲醇表现出良好的敏感性,具有较快的响应和脱附速度,且灵敏度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。ZnO powders were synthesized through a hydrothermal process used Zn grain,HNO3 and NaOH as the raw materials,as well as PEG-400 as surfacant.The structure and morphology of product were characterized by XRD and SEM.The as-prepared material was made into indirect-heat gas sensor and its gas sensitive performance for ethanol,acetone,methanol,xylene,toluene and ammonia were tested by the static distribution.The results indicated that ZnO showed good sensitivity to ethanol,acetone and methanol.It also had faster response and desorption rate,what's more,the sensitivity and the concentration had a good linear relationship.
