摘  要:以高密异收缩涤纶复合丝织物、3M气溶胶和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜为基材,通过层压来制备防水透湿层压复合织物,并对复合织物的剥离强力等性能进行测试,探索出复合织物的最优工艺。实验结果表明,不同的层压工艺对层压织物的剥离强力产生很大的影响,特别是上胶量。随着上胶量的增大,层压织物的剥离强力而增大,但增大到一定程度时不能完全剥离;而透湿性、柔软性变得较差;当热压温度为100℃,热压压力为0.3MPa,上胶量为31.8g/m^2时,防水透湿层压复合织物的性能较优,透湿量为5010g/(m^2·24h),弯曲刚度(B)达到0.2833N/(m^2·cm),滞后矩(2HB)达到0.1132N·cm/cm。After selecting different shrinkage polyester composite filament fabric,3M aerosols and PTFE microporous membrane were used as substrates.The optimization of PTFE membrane was conducted,waterproof and breathable composite fabric was prepared by laminating process,and the properties such as peel strength were tested.Furthermore,the optimum process of fabric was explored.The results showed that different lamination processes had a huge impact on peel strength of fabric,particularly glue quantity.With the increase of gule quantity,peel strength rised,but it could not be completely stripped when it reached a certain extent.And water vapor permeability,softness became poor.Therefore,when hotpressing temperature was 100℃,the pressure was 0.3MPa and the amount of gule was 31.8g/m2,the optimum performance of laminated fabric could be obtained.The moisture content was 5010g/(m2·24h),bending stiffness(B)was0.2833N/(m2·cm),and the bending hysteresis moment(2HB)reached 0.1132N·cm/cm.
