摘　　要：流感是人类面临的主要公共卫生健康问题之一，可引起暴发流行，而儿童是流感的高发人群及重症病例的高危人群。为进一步提高儿童流感的诊断及治疗水平，国内外均制定了流感诊断和治疗推荐方案和专家共识，以期为流感的治疗提供方向和提高患儿的治愈率，减轻并发症。Influenza is a major killer and world health problem to human being. Influenza can cause outbreak in the world, also cause serious illness and death, particularly in children. Therefore, in order to improve the outcomes of influenza in children, recommendations and guidance are provided for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of in- fluenza in children by committees in different countries.
