摘　　要：在相对成熟的采矿技术和相对先进的装备水平下,传统的"三同时"作业法建井模式已不能满足特大型煤矿快速建井的要求。不连沟矿井通过实施"双四同时"施工工艺,创建了不连沟矿井快速建井技术体系,为其他新建矿井提供了宝贵经验。In the relatively mature mining technology and relatively advanced equipment level, the traditional ＂three simultaneous＂ operation method can not meet the requirements of the rapid construction of super large coal mines. Through the implementation of ＂double four simultaneous＂ construction technology, Buliangou Mine has created a mine rapid construction technology system which is suitable for itself, which has provided valuable experience for other newly-built mines.
