摘　　要：燕子山煤矿使用的液压支架有多种型号,厂家配备的连接头均为铸钢件,经常出现断耳头现象,影响安全生产。经调研,决定对ZZS6000支架连接头进行改造,使用钢板焊接而成。经现场应用,取得了较好的效果,在全矿推广,提高了生产效率,减轻了工人劳动强度,创造了可观的经济效益。There are many types of hydraulic support used in Yanzishan Coal Mine, the connection head provided by the manufacturer is the steel casting, and the phenomenon of ear breakage often occurs, which affects the safe production. After investigation, it wass decided to transform the ZZS6000 bracket connection head and use steel plate to weld. Through the field application, it has achieved good results,it was widely used in the whole mine,which has improved production efficiency, reduced the labor intensity of workers, and created considerable economic benefits.
