摘 要:目的规范临床科室办公用品管理,提高使用效率。方法分析临床科室办公用品管理中存在的主要问题,利用散点图和线性回归方法,建立收容量和办公用品使用金额的线性回归方程,以此确定各科室的量化标准,推行量化管理。结果 2013年、2014年和2015年的收容量同比分别增加5.20%、3.26%和-13.34%,办公用品使用金额分别下降22.13%、1.42%和18.11%。结论办公用品管理日趋规范,使用量逐年下降,取得了明显效果。Objective To standardize the management of office supplies in clinical departments, and improve the use efficiency.Methods The main problems of the management of office supplies in clinical departments were analyzed, and the scatter plot and linear regression method were used to establish a linear regression equation between the hospitalization capacity and the cost of office supplies to determine the quantitative criteria for each department, and apply the quantitative management.Results The hospitalization capacity in 2013, 2014 and 2015 increased by 3.26%, 5.20% and -13.34% annually, and the cost of office supplies decreased by 22.13 %, 1.42% and 18.11 %. Conclusion The management of office supplies had been gradually standardized, and the usage had decreased year by year with obvious effectiveness.
