摘 要:BCu69NiMnCoSiB是一种多元合金钎料,成分复杂,常规的真空中频感应炉制备的锭坯易出现疏松等缺陷,造成了加工开裂现象严重,成材率低。本文通过对该钎料的熔炼工艺、热处理工艺、加工工艺进行了较全面的试验和研究,摸索出最佳的加工方式及工艺参数:中频感应熔炼与电弧炉熔炼相结合的二次熔炼工艺;在900℃进行热挤压开坯后,再进行热旋锻、冷拉拔的工艺;900℃/30'水冷的热处理工艺,使成材率达到了50%以上,实现了批产化。BCu69NiMnCoSiB is a kind of multicomponent alloy filler metals with complicated composition. The ingotmade of conventional vacuum medium frequency induction furnace is prone to be loose, which causes serious cracking andlow yield. Based on the thermal melting process of the solder, the treatment process of a more comprehensive test andresearch, the best way of processing and process parameters were found out as follows: two medium frequency inductionmelting and melting process of electric arc furnace smelting combination, hot spinning process forging and cold drawing at900 ℃ hot extrusion billet, heat treatment process of 900 ℃/30" water cooling. The yield reached more than 50%, so as torealize batch production.
