水性胶黏剂聚合稳定性及残余单体处理的研究

摘  要:试验制备了一种醋丙乳液型水性胶黏剂,研究了保护胶体、乳化剂、反应温度对聚合稳定性的影响,同时讨论了残余单体的来源与后处理方法。结果表明:当保护胶体质量占乳胶总量的1.2%~1.5%,乳化剂质量占单体总量的1.5%时,根据单体比例进行程序升温,乳液聚合稳定性良好;通过控制引发剂的用量、使用复合引发剂能有效处理残余单体。A water-based vac-acrylate emulsion for adhesive was prepared, the factors such as protective colloid ~theemulsifier and the reaction temperature on the polymerization were discussed, while the source of residual monomer and itspostprocessing method were also mentioned. The results showed that when the protective colloid was 1.2wt% - 1.5wt% ofthe total mess of latex, the emulsifier was 1.5wt% of the mess of monomer and the programmed temperature wascorresponding to the proportion of monomer, the stability of synthesized emulsion was good. The residual monomer couldbe treated effectively by controlling the dosage of initiator and using compound initiator.
