摘 要:将聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG)进行萃取处理,通过超高效液相色谱串联高分辨质谱仪对其中冠醚类物质分离定性;进一步利用液相-蒸发光散射检测器对其进行定量;最后系统研究冠醚类物质对于氨纶应用的影响。研究表明:PTMG中冠醚类物质为四氢呋喃的3-9聚体,含量为246.2 mg/kg;该物质不参与氨纶聚合反应,对预聚体的-NCO基团含量无影响,但会导致纺丝原液黏度上升。PTMG中冠醚类物质的分析及应用研究,为氨纶工业稳定生产提供了理论依据和数据支持。The acetonitrile extract phase of the polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG, Mn = 1800) was analyzed by ultra-~erformance liquid chromatography-high resolution tandem mass spectrometry for the separation and identification of crown^olytetrahydrofuran. The content of the crown polytetrahydrofuran was quantitatively analyzed by liquid chromatography-.waporative light scattering detector (LC- ELSD ). The influence of crown polytetrahydrofuran for the application of^olyurethane was studied. The results showed that PTMG contained impurities (trimer- nonamer crownolytetrahydrofuran), the content was 246.2 mg/kg, the crown polytetrahydrofuran did not participate in spandexolymerization, had no effect on the content of-NCO groups of prepolymer, but would lead to a rise in viscosity of pinning solution. The analysis, studies of crown polytetrahydrofuran in PTMG provided theoretical basis and data supportor the stable production of spandex industry.
