摘　　要：通过分析学术论文在科学研究活动中的重要作用,阐述了以发表论文作为研究生学术量化指标之一的必要性及可行性。指出引发当前存在的学术抄袭现象有多种原因,不能以此否定发表论文对研究生学术素质所起的积极作用。建议在严惩抄袭的同时,制定合理的量化指标,健全研究生学术评价体系。By analyzing the important role of academic papers in scientific research activities, this paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of publishing papers as one of the quantitative indexes of graduate students. It points out that there are many reasons for the phenomenon of academic plagiarism, and cannot deny the positive role of published papers in academic quality of graduate students. It is suggested that while punishing plagiarism, reasonable quantitative indexes should be formulated to improve the academic evaluation system for postgraduates.
