摘 要:为提高下保护层开采的适用性,将矸石充填法应用于下保护层开采。分析了充填开采的采场覆岩的弯曲下沉变形,得到了矸石充填开采采场顶板的下沉变形规律;以维持被保护煤层底板岩层稳定性为基础,建立了下保护层矸石充填开采的可行性理论判据。以贵州某矿下保护层开采为工程背景,设计了下保护层充填开采的充填参数,并对下保护层开采对上部煤层所造成的影响进行了分析。结果表明:当下保护层充填开采采取合理的充填参数时,即能保证下保护层开采不影响上部煤层的正常回采,又能保证上部煤层会受到下保护层采动而使其裂隙充分发育。In order to improve the applicability of low protective seam mining, backfill mining is ap- plied to low protective seam mining. The roof deformation law is obtained by using theoretical analysis on the roof movement in backfill coal seam mining with gangue. The theoretical criterion of applying the low protective seam mining is established based on the premise that up coal seam floor maintaining stability. Based on the project of low protective seam mining in a coal mine located in Guizhou, it is de- signed the parameters of low coal seam backfill mining. Impacts of the low coal seam mining on up seam are analyzed. The result shows that not only the low protective coal seam can be mined out with- out any influence on the up coal seam, but also the fractures in up coal seam could be developed well, if reasonable backfilling parameters are chosen for the low coal seam mining.
