摘 要:针对王庄煤矿深部采区8102孤岛面特殊生产地质条件,建立数值模拟计算模型,分析煤柱宽度对侧向支撑压应力、巷道表面位移、塑性区分布和巷帮应力等参量的影响规律;开发单元可释放弹性应变能计算及其与TECPLOT耦合分析程序,研究了孤岛面沿空掘巷煤柱中弹性应变能密度的分布特征。结果表明:随着煤柱宽度增大,可释放弹性应变能密度增加,耗散应变能密度减小。煤柱宽度为5 m时,煤柱中形成两部分楔形区域,损伤破坏严重;当煤柱宽度大于10 m时,煤柱中存在稳定的弹性核,可释放弹性应变能密度分布梯度较小,可避免因弹性能急剧集聚而发生的动力灾害。According to the special geological condition for production at isolated coalface 8102 in the deep mining area of Wangzhuang coal mine, a numerical simulation computation model was established, and the influence law of coal pillar width on such parameters as side abutment pressure stress, roadway surface displacement, plastic area distribution, and roadway wall stress was analyzed. A program was developed to work out the releasable elastic strain energy per unit and analyze its coupling with TECPLOT, and the distribution characteristics of elastic strain energy density of isolated coalface were studied. Analysis results have indicated that with the increase of coal pillar width, the density of releas- able elastic strain energy rises, and the dissipative strain energy density decreases. When the coal pillar width is 5 m, two wedge areas are formed in the coal pillar, resulting in serious damage; when the coal pillar width is more than 10 m, stable elastic core exists in the coal pillar, and the gradient of releasable elastic strain energy density is smaller, which can avoid dynamic disasters due to the rapid accumulation of elastic energy.
