摘 要:基于响应面法实验设计及数据分析,利用有限差分软件模拟了不同水平距离、垂直距离、开采深度、煤柱宽度、围岩强度及支护强度煤柱下巷道围岩变形规律,分析了单因素及多因素交互作用下对煤柱底板巷道围岩稳定性的影响及其内在原因。结果表明:各因素对巷道变形量的影响主要受煤柱下主应力差分布特征控制,通过调节可控因素(水平距离、支护强度)可以有效减小不可控因素(围岩强度、煤柱宽度、开采深度和垂直距离)对巷道围岩变形量的影响。根据以上研究成果,以主应力差变化趋势对现场巷道进行布置,以"高预应力强力支护"和"差异化支护"为原则对巷道进行支护,现场矿压观测表明巷道稳定性控制效果良好。Based on the experimental design and data analysis of response surface method, the deforo marion characteristics of surrounding rocks under coal pillars of different horizontal distance, vertical distance, mining depth, size of coal pillars, strength of surrounding rocks and strength of roadway sup- port were obtained through stimulation with finite difference software, and the influence of interaction between single-factor and multi-factor on stability of surrounding rocks in the pillar roadway and its in- ternal causes were analyzed. The result has indicated that the influence of various factors on roadway deformation is subject to the distribution features of the principal stress difference under coal pillar; the influence of uncontrollable factors (i.e. strength of surrounding rocks, size of coal pillars, mining depth and vertical distance ) on the surrounding rocks deformation can be minimized through the adjustment of controllable factors (i.e. horizontal distance and roadway support strength). Based on the above re- search results, the practical roadway is arranged according to the principal stress difference changes, "high pretension and intensive support" and "differentiation support" are taken as the principle for sup- port in the roadway, and the in-situ monitoring of mine pressure shows the roadway stability is con-trolled quite well.
