摘 要:为解决云驾岭矿煤巷变形大、围岩破碎、支护困难、返修率高等工程问题,采用地质调查、理论分析、数值计算、物化分析、现场测试和实验室试验等手段,揭示大变形煤巷围岩失稳破坏机理。基于深、浅部注浆加固,建立双层环状支护带承载体系,提出切圆拱断面、帮部深孔锚索支护、护表加强的锚注支护一体化技术。工程应用表明:浅部注浆封闭巷道周边破碎围岩,与锚杆联合形成内部支护带,提高两帮围岩强度;深部注浆配合加长锚索形成主动支护带,以锚索端部为锚固点,使浅部、深部围岩形成有机整体,增强围岩承载强度;护表加强实现应力均匀分布,提高表面支护刚度并增大有效支护面积。现场监测显示,该技术有效降低围岩变形,保障了巷道围岩稳定。To solve such engineering problems in Yunjialing coal mine as large deformation in road- way, surrounding rock fracture, difficulty in support, and high repair rates, , large deformation coal roadway failure mechanism was revealed through geological survey, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, physical and chemical analysis, field testing, and laboratory testing, etc. Based on shallow and deep grouting and reinforcement, the bearing system of two-layer ring-shaped banded support was established, and the integrated bolting and grouting technology featuring cut arched section, deep side anchor, and surface strengthening was proposed. The results have shown that the shallow grouting clos- ing the broken rock in surrounding roadway, combined with the bolt, forms an internal support body which improves the surrounding rock strength; the deep grouting combined with long anchor forms an active support body; with the end points of the bolts and anchor, the shallow and deep surrounding rock form a whole body which improves the rock strength; the reinforcement of high-strength, large tray guard surface realizes uniform stress distribution, improves surface stiffness, and enlarge the effective support area. Engineering practice and field monitoring data show that the integration bolting and grouting technology can effectively reduce the deformation of surrounding rock and secure the stability of the surrounding rock.
