阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者的效果观察。方法选择2012年7月-2015年7月医院收治的2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者120例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例。2组患者均给予饮食控制及二甲双胍治疗,治疗组给予阿托伐他汀钙20 mg/d,治疗8周后分析2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及三酰甘油(TG)。结果 2组患者治疗前TC、LDL-C、HDL-C及TG水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗后患者的TC、LDL-C、TG低于治疗前,HDL-C水平高于治疗前,且治疗组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖低于治疗前,且治疗组患者血糖下降幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症效果明显,同时联合降糖药物使用时还有降低血糖的疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipemia. Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hyperlipidemia treated in hospital from July 2012 to July 2015 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 60 cases. Two groups of patients were given diet control and mefformin treatment, treatment group given atorvastatin calcium 20 mg/d. After 8 weeks of treat- ment, the levels of blood glucose, total cholesterol （ TC ）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL-C ）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and triglyceride（TG） were measured before and after treatment in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and TG levels between two groups before treatment （ P 〉 O. 05 ）. After treatment, the levels of TC, LDL-C and TG were lower than those before treatment, and the level of HDL-C was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. After treatment, the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose were lower than those before treatment, and the blood glucose decreased in treatment group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium presents a significant effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with hyperlipemia, and also has an effect in lowering blood glu- cose when applied with hypoglycemic drugs.
