摘 要:本试验在人工培养箱中采用质量分数为0.4%的Na Cl模拟盐胁迫,通过计算相对发芽率的耐盐指数,对196份陆地棉种质材料进行了抗盐鉴定和评价。结果表明:不同材料的耐盐水平存在显著差异,7.65%的材料表现高耐盐,16.84%的材料表现耐盐;不同来源材料间的耐盐性差异较大,国内材料要好于国外材料,其中以新疆、山东的耐盐材料所占比例较高。通过试验初步筛选出15份高耐盐材料,可为以后陆地棉耐盐育种和耐盐机理研究的材料选用提供参考。This research was conducted in artificial incubator with 0. 4% Na Cl to stimulate salt stress,through calculating the salinity tolerance index of relative germinate rate,the salt tolerance of 196 upland cotton germplasms was evaluated at germination stage. The results showed that the salt tolerance levels varied significantly for different germplasm resources,and 7. 65% and 16. 84% germplasm resources were identified as high salt tolerance and salt tolerance respectively. The salinity tolerance index of different sources of upland cotton also had significant differences. Compared with foreign germplasms,more domestic genotypes showed salt tolerance and most of them came from Xinjiang and Shandong Province. Through preliminary screening,total 15 high salt-tolerant germplasms were identified,which could be used in salt tolerance mechanism research and breeding of cotton.
