摘  要:文章通过5个带栓钉连接件的型钢活性粉末混凝土(reactive powder concrete,RPC)短柱在单调荷载下的推出试验及1个自然黏结试件的对比试验,研究了带栓钉连接件的型钢RPC短柱的破坏形态、荷载滑移曲线、型钢应变曲线及抗剪承载力等。试验结果表明:带栓钉连接件的型钢RPC推出试件的破坏以RPC劈裂为主,和普通型钢混凝土试件的荷载-滑移曲线一样,大致可分为5个阶段,分别为无滑移段、滑移段、破坏段、荷载下降段及残余段;应力-应变曲线也和普通型钢混凝土相似,在荷载较小时,型钢应变曲线成指数形式,在荷载较大时,由于栓钉剪切变形的影响,栓钉根部混凝土受局部承压作用,近栓钉位置的型钢应变会产生突变。基于试验结果,以非线性断裂力学思想为基础,通过断裂能推出计算试件黏结锚固承载力的公式。计算结果表明,与试验结果相比较,公式计算结果较为保守,可用于工程实际。The push-out test on five steel reinforced reactive powder concrete(RPC) short columns with stud connectors under monotonic loading and the comparative test on one steel reinforced concrete short column without stud connectors on the surface of steel were conducted to study the failure mode, load-slip curves, strain curves of steel and shear capacity of steel reinforced RPC short columns with stud connectors. The results show that the main failure mode of steel reinforced RPC is splitting failure, and as the same as the load-slip curves of ordinary steel reinforced concrete, the load-slip curves of specimens in this paper can be divided into five stages, namely no slip stage, slip stage, fail- ure stage, load decline stage and residual stage. The strain curves of steel are similar to those of ordi- nary steel reinforced concrete, the strain curves of steel are in the exponential forms under the less load. When the load becomes larger, steel near the stud position will produce mutation because the RPC is under the local pressure due to the deformation of stud connectors. Based on test results, the theory of nonlinear fracture mechanics was applied to calculating the formula of the bearing capacity. The results show that compared with the experimental results, the calculation results of the formula are conservative, proving that it is suitable for the engineering application.
