西北民族地区农村社会阶层分化与社会稳定的效应分析

摘　　要：西北民族地区农村阶层分化具有我国阶层分化的共性,又具有其自身的特殊性。经济发展与社会的变迁,加剧了农村的社会流动,加之农民市场化意识的增强与职业选择的自由化,使农村呈现出阶层分化的状态。这种分化是社会发展进步的必然趋势。受复杂民族因素的影响,西北民族地区农村社会阶层结构尚不合理,这种不合理性严重制约西北民族地区农村的经济发展与社会稳定。因此,形塑"中间大、两头小"的理想阶层结构就需要重视对中间阶层群体的培育,缩小贫富差距,以助于实现农村社会治理与社会主义新农村建设。The rural social stratification with our country's class differentiation in common in the Northwest minorities regions,but also has its particularity. The development of economic and social changes,increased social mobility in rural areas,and farmers market awareness and freedom of choice of occupation,result that the rural areas shows this stratum differentiation is state. The stratum stratification is the inevitable trend of social development and progress. Under the influence of the complicated ethnic factors,therural social structure in northwest ethnic regions is not reasonable,the irrationality seriously restricted economic development and social stability in the rural ethnic regions in Northwest China. Therefore,shaping the ' ideal stratum structure of two big,middle and small' needs to pay attention to the cultivation of the middle class groups,narrows the gap between rich and poor,and contributes to the realization of the rural social governance and the building of a new socialist countryside.
