补气升阳法治疗甲状腺疾病探析

摘　　要：依据中医整体观念和辨证论治的理论精髓,以李东垣"内伤脾胃,百病由生"之治疗思想为依据指导临床,法随证立,临床上脉证合参,揆度奇恒,推陈出新,对于"瘿病"的治疗,从后天之本"脾"入手,以"补气健脾升阳"为基本原则,使"正胜邪自去",以恢复人体自身正气,气盛则痰消,气旺则血行,达到"益气消瘿"之功效。梳理补气升阳法代表方剂补中益气汤在甲状腺疾病的临床应用及现代实验研究,可为进一步规范甲状腺疾病的中医辨证标准提供一定的科学依据。According to the theory essence of holism concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment in the Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）,this paper used LI Dongyuan＇s treatment ideology＂Internal impairment of the spleen and stomach causes various diseases＂as the basis for clinical guidance. Therapeutic method is based on syndrome differentiation and in light of it,we made comprehensive analysis of the pulse condition andsyndrome and evaluated the extraordinary organs. For the treatment of＂nontoxic goiter＂,we started from the root of acquired constitution,the spleen and used＂Qi invigorating,spleen tonifying and Yang promoting＂as the fundamental principle to achieve the purpose of＂pathogenic factors taken over naturally by vital energy＂.In such condition,the vital energy in human body could be restored,the phlegm could be eliminated and the blood circulation would be fluent. Therefore,the efficacy ＂Qi-boosting and goiter-dispersing＂could be achieved. The clinical application and modern experimental research of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction which was the representative prescription in Qi invigorating and Yang promoting therapy,in thyroid disease could provide some scientificbasis for further standardizing the dialectical standard of TCM for thyroid disease.
