丹红注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨丹红注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2016年1月在该院心内科住院慢性心力衰竭患者120例,在常规口服螺内酯、β受体阻滞剂、利尿剂、ACEI或ARB治疗基础上加用丹红注射液(菏泽步长制药有限公司)20 m L,加入5%葡萄糖或生理盐水250 m L静脉输注7 d,治疗前及治疗后测定hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-10、NF-κB浓度。结果:治疗前hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、NF-κB浓度较治疗后高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前IL-10浓度较治疗后低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液可降低慢性心率衰竭患者炎症因子的产生。Objective： To investigate the effect of Danhong Injection on the secretion of inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods： A total of 120 cases of patients with chronic heart failure（ CHF） were recruited during Jan 2014 to Jan 2016. The Danhong Injection was employed to these patients in addition to the regular treatment,which involved in spironolactone and beta receptor blockers,diuretics,ACEI or ARB. The Danhong Injection was diluted by 5% glucose or physiological saline and delivered through intravenous 20 m L per day for totally 7 days. Before and after the treatment,the serum concentration of several inflammatory factors such as hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,IL-10,NF-κB were determined. Results： After treatment,the serum concentrations of hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α and NF-κB were decreased statistical significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Meanwhile,the concentration of IL-10 was increased statistical significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Danhong Injection can reduce the secretion of serum inflammatory factors in patients with chronic heart failure.
